Binance complaint: Account locked due to Risk Management

My complaint:

Today 12112021, binance authomatically logged me out of the account and when i tried to enter it displayed a message Your account has been disabled in less than two hours, please try again later. I tried on pc and at first it seemed that allowed me to unlock the account but later it said you can´t unlock your account by yourself, contact support. When i contacted them they told me my account was locked due to Risk Management and i needed to wait for an update on my email.

I had several thousand dollars inside it and also i have some future operations ongoing and that’s what i’m more worried about. I don’t know how long will this last or the reason of the lock but i need this solved ASAP.

Suggested solution:

They should let me enter my account ASAP in order to withdraw my money and close the trade positions, it's not fair that they let all my money inside who knows for how long. That's not how a company must act with their clients.
