My complaint:
My friend Henry booked a table for us, for 20:30pm on Friday 23rd April 2021, we got there early and was shown to our table, we were sitted at a table without heating outside, every other table had heating except ours, and we waited for 30mins without anyone taking our other. So we decided to a table with heating, so we don’t freeze to death, then a lady came and started shouting at us, that we should’ve not moved from the table they put us, but we tried to explain to this lady that we were cold, hence why we changed tables, she wasn’t having it, she kept on SHOUTING, I felt embarrassed for your franchise that a staff couldn’t even address customers properly and professionally, coming to find out the racist lady is the general manager named CHRISTINE. Her behaviour as a representative of Big Easy is an absolute joke, because she has no customer service skills whatsoever, I have eaten there several times but that will be the last time, if that manager is still there, and I also have video recording of some of the whole nonsense.
Suggested solution:
She has to be fired with immediate effect
