My complaint:

Hello,

Three weeks a go I ask for the refund of the better 1-on-1 coaching plan (23,99€), which I subscribed by mistake.

First I sent an email to the shop@betterme.world who answered me saying: I have noticed that your subscription has been successfully canceled. There should not be any charges associated with this plan in the future.

✅️ Now I am transferring your refund request to the relevant team. You don’t need to do anything from your side. One of our team members will check your profile in more detail. They will reply to you as soon as they can as we experience many requests at the moment.

Since then, I´ve also contacted the support team hopping they could help me, but I did´t get any reply.

I write this message to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with your service. I also come to demand a refund for this purchase made by mistake.
