My complaint:
1st off me and my 7 year old premie/disabled son was put in a room where the TV didn’t even work. Then to get moved literally next door to it the door would not except no rooms keys she had made a couple of them.. and no luck… So basically she had to used the office man rooms key just to let us inside… With no keys working but hers i basically had to leave my room door cracked open just to b able to see my son while I went outside to smoke.. I paid for a smoking room and can’t smoke around my son due to him having REALLY bad breathing problems n health conditions..
Then We did not have NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK OR THE SHOWER WE WERE NOT ABLE TO BATHE yesterday/last night. Not to mention I don’t really think they cleaned up and checked/not one but 2 rooms that I know for sure that neveThen the lil stuff I might need like the lotion shampoo conditioner all three of those were just about gone which means housekeeping just pretty much prolly just did what they wanted to and now my son has broke out from laying on these bedding sheets etc this is soooo ridiculous I am completely mad and I need some accomodations for me and my son who both have alot of serious health conditions then not to mention the part of the ceiling fan came apart and fell right on my head and im already battling with having fluid around my brain been since Aug 25 2020 SO I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!
Y’all can attempt to try to make it right because I spent 106.00 dollars for 1 night and didn’t even feel safe or comfortable and like I said for someone like me that is diagnosed with major anxiety massive social anxiety major depression and insomnia and ptsd, ongoing past n present traumatic this wss just absolutely crazy.. I also tried getting pics from my son arms on how they r looking now but i don’t want to bother him bc he is sick and is very cranky n his breathing is messin up a little.
Suggested solution:
Possibly a couple nights free/refund??
