My complaint:
This location has a Geek Squad employee by the name of Anthony Brown. On 20 December 2023 during an interaction with *** , he became infuriated and physically aggressive with me, approaching me in an intimidating manner and demanding that I leave his area immediately.
He also refused my request to speak to the manager. He became so belligerent that his colleagues had to physically restrain him. I never raised my voice or demeaned him in any way. Until I get some assurance on shopper safety from this store, Best Buy has lots. customer.
