My complaint:
I was charged $58 per month for telephone service, over the period 2000 to 2018 when my neighbors as I later found out were being charged $20 per month.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve my complaint by reimbursing me $38 times 12 times 18 for a total of $8208 of overcharges on phone service.
