My complaint:
A technician was supposed to come August 4. He never showed or called.
Spoke to the original contact she said the order was not pushed through,
I would have to wait 5-10 days to rebook because it was now in the back office.
Asked to speak to a Manager and was put on hold for an hour and then hung up on.
Suggested solution:
Get a technician to install a line in a room, professionally and showing up
when you say you are going to.
