My complaint:
My Uncle passed away with a $7.01 credit on his account and Bell Canada will not send the funds out to his estate. This is more of a principal thing than the actual dollar value but shows how Bell Canada steals peoples money!
Suggested solution:
Bell Canada should be sending a cheque to his estate for the $7.01 or to his Widow!
