My complaint:
Hey there,
I’m a regular transit user and I pay $105 every month to take the services. I get off from work at 4 and reach 140 street and Fraser highway around 5. There is not even a single day when I got the bus before 1 hour of wait time. If the bus is not about to come why the time is on transit. Is it fair for customers like me to stand in cold for one hour. I have stuff to do what should people who don’t have car do if transit gonna work like this.
Suggested solution:
Give me the right timing and service.
