My complaint:
321 busses are often either always full or have sudden cancellations. It’s become more unreliable in recent years.
Plus, R1 should extent further down to whiterock Center as more people can’t catch the 394 express bus, which is only available in a limited time of the day.
Suggested solution:
Have a bigger bus and extend r1 further to whiterock Center.
