My complaint:

DIRTY ROOMS DIRTY HALLWAYS DIRTY CARPITS DIRTY POOL AND SPA. STAFF WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING ALL THE TIME. TRIED TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHY I WAS CHARGED THE $50 HOLD FEE ON MY CARD. NOBODY ANSWERS.

Suggested solution:

YOUR HOTELS NAME IS ON THE LINE GET IN THERE AND DO SOME IN HOUSE CLEANING.
