My complaint:

I booked a room using booking.com and at the same time, I sent a message to the hotel to the shuttle services. I was informed that the services are canceled. So, I asked to cancel my booking with no fees, because the shuttles were important to me to stay so far from the airport.
Please, I need help to cancel my booking. Booking.com is trying to call the hotel with no success. Can you please just return my messages and agree with my cancelation with no fees? for free?
It’s fair to cancel with no penalties because it’s not my fault that the hotel had canceled the services with no updates in the web announce.
