Basic-Fit complaint: Wrongfully charged even after quitting the Basic Fit Gym

My complaint:

Dear SirMam,

I joined Basic Fit with my membership number 905004521. As per my initial communication with the Gym instructor, I informed him that my requirement to join the Gym was of few months only and after that my India trip was planned.

I have valid documents to support my visit to India that’s the reason I took monthly subscription. I didn’t sign any document.

But I am really shocked to find the notice from you that i have to pay for the service which I have not availed. When i raised my concern in mail and called them, Basic fit forwarded my case to third party to recover the cost and to rub salt into my wounds they added their fees also which added up the cost to next level.

Now they have mentioned if i dont pay the entire amount within a week extra finefee will be imposed.

Can you please be kind and nullify this irrelevant invoice as a goodwill gesture. In future, if required we will pay the membership fees and join again.
