My complaint:
I had an annual membership that I applied for in 22/12/2021 that ended 18/11/2023. Somehow despite my annual contract showed only 52 week validity, it got renewed without my knowledge nor permission and was subsequently charged for the membership without
my knowledge. The payment was since canceled but I
am being unfairly charged for a
membership I wasn’t aware of nor authorized.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement of payments
