Basic-Fit complaint: Illegally charged me 4 times for non payment although on the app it did not show up

My complaint:

I was charged 4 times for non payment amounting to a total of 80 euros. In the app, it did not show I had any default and they charged me twice initially for 20 euros each and after I terminated my membership, they charged me twice again. I cannot even login to the app since my membership is over to contact customer care which is crazy, I’m pretty sure charging after a membership is over is illegal

Suggested solution:

Refund on the amount charged
