Barcelo Hotels and Resorts complaint: 50$ rip off

My complaint:

Lost my bracelet/key after 2 days, they didnt attached it strong enough. And they charge 50 USD to have another one!!!!

Suggested solution:

Replace it for free. That piece of plastic is worth a couple of pennies
