My complaint:
The bank has denied me a reimbursment of fraudulent charges I had thought i misplaced my wallet in my luggage but i guess i had lost it. My wallet was found one morning in my mailbox at my house my money was gone but the cards were still there although the cards were not in the same slots that i had placed them in. I called the bank and reported that i had a bunch of charges that were not mine the time the charges had been made i was out of towwn and no where near the towns the purchases had been made .I informed the bank that iif whomeever useed my cards was from the same town the charges are going to look very similar to the charges that I made because the town that I livve in does not have any major stores that are there i live in a rural country town and all the people who live here shop at the same stores we all shop at walkmaart target petco and other stores that are llocated in merced los bano and other close surrounding cities. I begged and pllleaded that it was urgent that i recieve the money back from the charges that were made becasue i was not going to be abkkle to pay rent, bue to the bank denying my claim and going agains the banjjk regulation for fraaudulent charges which states that all frauduolent charges will be immediatley reimburrsed and after investigatioin of chaarges are not considered a banking error the money refunded must be paid back which i have no poroblem with that, but because they did not follow through and denied me i got evicted from my home becasue i was not able to pay rent and now i am homeless, this is very difficukt and hard i called the bank back and asked them to review mt claim again because i felt their decision wsas wrong they told me that i would have to supply a police report and other documents showing that i was not around the time the charges werre made I am stillw aiting oin the police report, but i am now homeless because of this all i have written a letter to the bbb as well as the attorney general to the state of caliofornia if this problem is not resolved i will go to social media and contact any news channel that will listen to me and inform them of how your comoany denies claims that shouldnt be denied i will make sure to let everyone know how i am being screwed over

I would like to have my money refunded to my account as well as a little more compnesation for getting evicted and becoming homeless because they didnt even take the time to listen to me
