My complaint:
Dear whom may concern (complaint officer),
My wife and son opened new accounts at address (20563 stevens creek blvd Cupertino) on 10232021. Bank of America has different banking accounts to meet customers ‘s need. The saving and checking accounts that The banker associate Ms. Gauri Guleria opened for my family have monthly fee $25 if you are not maintain the combine saving in your account over $10,000. We are very disappointment and revisit this branch again in order to reimburse $25 for each of my family on 2262022. The banker manager can not solve our problem. I wish you can listen our complaint and give us answer. Please advice me what documents which can help you process fast and easily.
Suggested solution:
Please down grade banking accounts and reimburse those monthly fee that have been deducted.
