My complaint:
During the summer this year, my money got taken from my account without my knowledge. The came from my phone asking about if I authorized this transfer, then the person started talking to me and then making me change my username and password, they made me panic while at the end of the day they took $500 dollars from my account. I filed a complaint later that week in July and the bank said unfortunately they can’t help me out after 2 months. Im a college kid so this is very difficult for me and I find it really difficult to provide
Suggested solution:
They can resolve it by trying to reimburse my money because I have read of cases like this that Regulation E was used because this has happened to a lot of people
