My complaint:
This scumbag lowlife bank is keeping my funds!!! I purchased renters insurance in July 2021 and the bank never released them to the merchant. The merchant CANCELLED my policy for nonpayment and IT IS STILL on my credit card!!! Bbb did an investigation and found that the merchant really does not have my money, it’s BOA. When I escalated the dispute an idiot name Anissa said it was recharged on my credit card September 29 but she refused to show me documents to prove that!!! No one will call me back not even the president!!! Thus is illegal and thus bank should be sued and closed down!
