Bank of America complaint: Missing funds from closed account

My complaint:

My account was closed in early June, and I was told my funds would be sent via a cashier’s check on the 14th of June and that it would be10 working days before I received it. It is now the 15th of July and I have not received my funds. I have called several times and have not received my funds which is placing me in a significant financial bind. causing me to be late on my rent and several other bills. This is extremely frustrating, and no one seems to be concerned. I was told that I would be contacted by someone with decision-making capabilities within 48 hours which was a lie and hasn’t happed in over a week later. I need this issue to be resolved immediately and in the process of seeking out legal representation and contacting the media if this matter is not rectified immediately.

Suggested solution:

They should immediately stop payment on the cashier's check and allow the branch where I opened the account to cut me a live check on the spot.
