My complaint:
At American Commercial Bank Trust we continue to have problems with Bank of America processing our check fraud claims. In 3 different instances the claims were not opened until 3 months AFTER they were submitted to Bank of America. Some of these claims are time sensitive which is resulting in the loss of funds on American Commercial Bank Trust’s end.
Suggested solution:
Check fraud is growing and these claims need to be prioritized.
