My complaint:
Was scammed through cash app. Noticed my bank immediately. Was told transaction would be reversed. Only to find 2500 had been stolen from my account. If the bank would have taken action immediately then this would not have happened. Believed what bank of America told me, because I have been a customer of there’s for over 15 years. To not get my hard earned money back is unacceptable. Bank of America should be held accountable!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Bank of America owes me my money, because as we were being scammed. We called them and were told not to worry. Now we're being told that was incorrect information by their representative. I don't care. We were reassured. The representatives not knowing is not our fault. We did what we were supposed to do. Called the bank immediately to them. Them not taking immediate action is their fault.
