My complaint:
I had a problem with my checking account and had to go to a banking center. I was a little up set and maybe got a little obnoxious. The bank put a 7 business hold on a check that I deposited. I wrote two electronic checks and there was not enough money in the account but I have overdraft protection.
Because I went to the banking center and was a little obnoxious about the seven day hold some one sent the checks back instead of covering them with my overdraft protection. The bank could not tell me why that happen and the credit card company could not tell me either.
Suggested solution:
find out how sent my payments back one for $600 and one for $400 and reprimand them and tell them it was because of me It had to be the person I spoke to at the banking center I want them to know it was me who stood up to them and filed a complaint
