My complaint:
I have been a customer of Bank of America for years, I have had a bank account with them since I was 16-17years old. I am now 36 years old. I lost my job during the corona virus and since I am not longer getting direct deposit they charge me a fee of $12 a month. When I called Bank of America about the fee, I was informed that I could open another account that would only charge me $4 and some cents but I wouldn’t be able to write check and a few other features. Show me some loyalty and compassion and remove this fee from my account!
Suggested solution:
Remove and compensate me for the fee.
