My complaint:
I am in Europe and I am trying to contact customer support to resolve3 an issue where I need to provide permission to another app to use my card, and the second problem is the $35 overdraft fee which happened because I went $2 into the negatives, which I would like to take off my account considering I refunded the payment that got me into the negatives. The problem is the only way to contact anyone is over a phone call and I cannot place calls to the US from Europe. Also, I used to get answers on Facebook regarding some questions and I have been ignored for the past month.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a way of contacting someone from BofA who can help me with my issues, a way besides calling. Anything besides regular phone calls works.
