My complaint:
I am a small business owner and I am tired of standing in line for 20-25 minutes, 3 times a week to make deposits. this an hour to hour and 15 minutes of my time that I have to wait, in line, to make a deposit for my business. Time is money and I am ready to move my personal and business account to another local bank in Kent, that has drive through tellers, just so I don’t have to waste my lunch time, or pay my office team and extra 1-2 hours to stand in line, just to make a deposit. Why is there only 2 tellers working when the line goes out the door, and there are 10-15 people in line waiting? I know I can’t be the only one complaining of the long lines and the time it takes to get to see a teller.
Suggested solution:
Either open up the drive through for drive through banking, or hire more tellers to work the counter so we the people are not waiting 20-25 minutes to see a teller.
