My complaint:
I made the order and paid on 19th July 2022, under the order number 109986821. It is already more than 2 months and the items has not shipped yet. I contacted the DHL and the told me that they have never received the item, they only received a tracking number electronically (CE822612559DE).
I have numerous times contacted banggood and they say that they need 1-2 days to investigate but they have not yet provide me the status or the solution. I have asked refund but they never replied.
Suggested solution:
Refund the amount I amount the soonest possible.
