My complaint:
I have purchased a treadmill that banggood advertised. They then got back to me that I have to pay additional 90 USD as they have indicated a wrong price. To this I refused to pay as in Europe you have to sell the goods at the price you advertised for. I have also refused to receive a refund and I demanded the goods. They then send me an email that based on my request they issued the refund, which is a lie. I never agreed to the refund. The money has been received but I felt banggood had breached several EU regulations by not selling the goods at the price advertised for. Also they committed false advertisment. I have all email from them.
Suggested solution:
I want to receive the good for the price I have purchased for.
