My complaint:

I ordered a phone on backmarket as below order number. The parcel KXJ3083118565HH shows delivered on the tracking and I have yet to receive it. I have sent countless emails, to no response.

Suggested solution:

I demand an apology, an explanation, compensation for the inconvenience as well as the device I ordered. And I need this matter to receive priority attention.
