My complaint:
My iPhone was returned due to serious fault s but they are being obstructive and said I need to disable the phone before it can be repaired. I don’t believe this to be the case.
They insisted on returning it and I have now received a phone which is not mine and is old and scruffy. The photo of the silver phone is mine and the red one is the one i have just received. I cannot speak to anyone.
Suggested solution:
Full refund and label to return wrong phone.
