My complaint:
My device was purchased Dec 2022 with 12 months warantee. I have sent back with a screen no longer working in Sept 2023. Device was sent back with SIM card holder broken, and screen not repaired. I was told that was broken before send and that the phone is out of warantee. I have proof of the phone SIM holder not broken (pics taken before sending) and also of waratee
Suggested solution:
If my device is repaired, exchanged, or payment refunded. Device was in warantee and not extherically damaged. I have not caused any water or drop damage or open the device so warantee holds. The damage they did when sent in service was also theirs to own to.
