Avas Flowers complaint: Very poor communications

My complaint:

I placed an order early Friday afternoon for a standard delivery on Saturday 24 hours later I get a phone call from Ava’s flowers saying I placed the order too late. “ Really “ they could not have called me sooner !! I picked Ava’s because they came up as same day delivery.

Suggested solution:

Damage is done !
