My complaint:

I called to place an order. After I ordered an arrangement from the website gave them all the information, the next day I received an email that my order had been cancelled refunded!???????the next day I called again and ordered a different arrangement from their website. I asked if it was in stock and they said yes. But the next day? The exact same thing happened. I had ordered by phone from Avas in Peckville, PA 2 weeks earlier snd the recipient sent me a pic of the arrangement. I had requested the
Arrangrment ordered look like the one pictured on the website. But it was not. They sent a bouquet not an arrangement in the vase pictured. I will not order from this company again

Suggested solution:

Give “me” a complimentary flower arrangement after all the disappointment
Aggravation I would not even give them 1 star below I would rate them zero stars
