My complaint:
My wife Gayle ordered flowers for our daughter’s (Deirdre) birthday online with Ava’s Flowers; we live in Tucson, Az and our daughter lives in Chandler, AZ. The flowers were delivered on our daughter’s birthday (2 March 2023) to our house this afternoon.
The customer support line for Ava’s Flowers says they’re too busy to take any calls and to call later. We tried every option on their webpage to lodge a complaint, to no avail. We talked to the local (Tucson) florist who prepared and delivered the flowers, and they show the flowers were ordered by someone else for delivery to our house. We are currently working with our credit card company to dispute the charge.
