My complaint:
My mother passed and I ordered a spray of white flowers. The total cost was $174. I was assured there would be a beautiful mixture of roses and other white flowers. What I received was about a total of 20 white flowers and a lot of baby’s breath. This arrangement was so disappointing, and I was ashamed for anyone to know that I sent them. This was unacceptable and embarrassing. It was for my Mother.
Suggested solution:
There should be a reimbursement. I was assured by the lady that taking my order, it would be a full medium size spray of flowers.
