My complaint:

after ordering the flowers online. next day the 7th of May 2021 i was told they could not be delivered by Mothers Day! settled on Tues the 11th, got a refund of 9.66 for the inconvience. However they arrived in a Box and left in the office, not delieverd to the door of the actual person! then i was told they were not in a vase, which is what i ordered i had a choose and i chose vase for more money! so for 90 something dollars i got a bunch of flowers in a box dropped off at the office and not to the actual person! not acceptable, i deserve a refund Avas Flowers did not do their job! I will be sure to tell people not to order from you
