My complaint:
Placed order on Friday, May 7 and was advised of Flex delivery between 58 and 511. It is now after 4pm on Tuesday, 511 and order has not been received NOR can I reach anyone to advise status of order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! A business such as Avas should prepare for busy times and not make promises they cannot keep – regardless of COVID or not! I truly believe that there was a COVID crisis at one point – but COVID is being used as an excuse in too many situations such as this.
Suggested solution:
Cancel order and credit back total amount.
