My complaint:

Placed order on 10-28 for a 10-31 delivery. When I got the email ation, they stated it could be 10-31 or 11-1. I called and asked for my order to be cancelled, at that time I was told it would arrive on the 31st and there was not need to cancel it. Yet it did not arrive.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund
