My complaint:
I placed an order for birthday flowers for my daughter for her 50th birthday that indicated $59.99 and by the time I had to say approve order the cost was almost $100 due to a surprise $20 processing fee AND I ordered them on November 27 to be delivered by noon on December 3. The order was accepted and billed which to me meant all was good for delivery.
So, it is almost 3:00 pm and my daughter has to leave to catch a flight so will not receive her flowers from her Dad. I called customer support where I was it took them 38 minutes to tell me they could not guarantee the delivery time for an order. So SHY take the order??? I did not receive any ation stating they could not meet the noon deadline.
Suggested solution:
Since my daughter will actually not receive her flowers before her flight I think I should receive a full refund. All they had to do was relay this information to me that they could not guarantee delivery times.
