My complaint:

Item showed 12 roses with additional purple flower. The substitution was a much cheaper flower (babies breath) and it came with 8. I was so embarrassed by this bouquet. It was not worth $100.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund on my order.

We try very hard to make every customer’s experience enjoyable, and we really regret not being able to meet your expectations this time.your recent experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.This isn’t the experience we expected for our customers’.
Because there was an issue with the fulfillment of this order, we have processed a refund in the amount of $91.98 on 12092021, at 2:46PM .The refund transaction number is 63357794581.
