My complaint:
I paid $103 dollars for a custom arrangement of pastel roses in a square vase with no fillers and the roses were to be just over the top of the vase.I was told they could do this, no problem…when they arrived, the arrangement was not even close to what they promised me… it was a mixture of flowers with lots of fillers and very cheap looking… it took a while to call, and they said they would deliver the arrangement I had customized… they did send a second arrangement the day promised, but they were no better than the previous one they sent the day before and they took back the first arrangement….and still not even close to what was promised and not even close to the amount I paid….by their adds, they appeared to be a local family owned business that’s why I used them… this proved not to be the case, in fact they’re not even florists…I am very disappointed and feel I was taken advantage of… I tried to register a complaint with them on line, but wasn’t successful…. I feel embarrassed that my daughter got such a shoddy arrangement and for the local delivery person…and also the florist who filled the order, since I suspect they didn’t even know about how the order was customized….
