My complaint:

My husband ordered me flowers to be delivered at my parents house for me. $81 worth and whoever was at the house pretended to be me, i never recieved the flowers, and i dont think its fair that someone would pretend to be me to recieve flowers that weren’t for them. When i called to explain to them what happened they said they cant do anything about it. And i just dont think its right.

Suggested solution:

I would like a new set of flowers delivered to my husbands house or let my husband have a full refund
