My complaint:
Flowers were not fresh and it came from Safeway deliver by a Safeway driver, not from Ava’s, which I paid for. Purchased a bow and mylar balloon which wasn’t received. Still waiting on the credit. Filed complaint to management, Brian Ceillier, and have yet to receive a response. Overall, very disappointed in this company. Their website wouldn’t allow for me to leave a negative review. It states that my email is considered spam therefore my comments will not be posted. I ordered from Ava’s, expecting arrangement by Ava, but service was farmed out to Safeway without my knowledge.Their service is indicative of the poor service received. Also their rating system is comical. Lowest rating is Fair. They’re not deserving of fair.
