My complaint:
I went in to register A letter I was sending to my brother, Who has A P.O. Box at Gambier East Post Office.
The lady in charge kept making. un-necessary comments to me RE: Registered mail can be refused to be taken if the recipient chooses to leave it.
This women knows my brother and knows one side of a story that he told her about me .She knows who I am and was nothing but condescending toward me. Before I left the Post Office I mentioned that people should never act on One side of A story, in A nice manner. I was so upset with the woman in charge I went home and Cried. You see I cared fulltime for my parent’s for 20 yrs alone without help and my brother to make himself feel good says dreadful things about me. He has actually Treated me so badly since losing our parents, I tried to commit suicide.
This women also went on to say Oh well if you get the letter back you know where you stand , I was ABSOLUTELY shocked at this statement and Extremely upset. Firstly, How dare she have anything to say when she only has one side of a story, And how dare the boss of Gambier East P.O. Voice her opinion on A very personal matter that has nothing to do with her Work Schedule.
Suggested solution:
The Boss at Gambier East Post Office Mount Gambier 5290 should never treat A customer As I was Treated.
She\'s A short, Mature age women that should know Better.
She has no idea how her words affected my mental health.
I have to wonder how many other people she treats in the same manner.
I believe she Deserves to lose her position, working For Australia Post !!
Your saying the complaint is Resolved,
Do I not have the right to ask How this complaint was handled, And What is The outcome if it’s Resolved.
I have to wonder with such little Feedback, If anything At All was done about My very serious Complaint.
I expect an Answer as To the women’s outcome due to her Extreme Rudeness and Condescending Manner band As Soon As Possible thankyou.
Australia Post, You are nothing but A Joke. Your solution to my complaint has been taken from my COMPLAINT LETTER. Your care Factor is Zero and you are A Disgrace to your Customers.
