My complaint:
they are always sending parcels to whyalla hub. WRONG HUB ..then whyalla has to send it back to adelaide then they send again it back to whyalla again ….port augusta is the hub it has to go to….i get up to 6 parcels per fortnight and they just keep getting delayed time and time again…im sick to death of it….it takes 4 days to get to australia from china and up to 3 weeks to get to me in iron knob cause they send them to whyalla…..its to go thru port augusta they are idiots wake up and send parcels to the correct hub cant they read or understand
