My complaint:
On 30 March I got a SuperGold ATHOP card from Papakura Station. My Adult ATHOP card was cancelled and the balance of $5.54 was to be transferred to my new card. For the last three months my account has been stuck saying balance transfer pending. At the beginning of this month I queried this at Papakura Station. On 6 June I received an email saying We’ve started working on your HOP case (case number CAS-738951-Z9T7P0 ) CRM:000043267810. On 20th June I emailed back, requesting my HOP card to be topped up manually by $5.54 if they couldn’t fix the IT issue. So far I have received no reply. Please fix it for me. Ngā mihi nui!
