My complaint:
I was issued a traffic infringement and I elected a court hearing
Auckland Transport has ignored this request and proceeded to refer the unpaid fine to a debt collection agency
I have made continuous requests for information under the Privacy Act which have not been complied with
I have made written complaints to AT and staff refuse to respond.
The actions by some staff members are criminal
Can someone respond to my emails
Suggested solution:
By communication with me for a start and explain how AT propose to fix the breaches of Bill of rights and Privacy Act breaches
