My complaint:
Last week my 11 year daughter was on 27H bus from her school in Mt Eden travelling home at Hillsborough. On 2 separate occasions and 2 different bus drivers didnt stop on bus stop by the Cemetery ( Goodal road) in Hillsborough. My daughter used the bell but to no avail. She has been highly traumatised as she is only 11. The bus she gets on is around 3:13 pm on Mt Eden road and is around 3:35 pm by the cemetery. Both times she told a driver you didnt stop and they just said sortry and they stopped futher down by Lynfield . This is not ok as she is only 11 and now scared to go on bus. She has been getting off this week closer to Belfast road then she walks. This needs to be investigated. Kind regards
