My complaint:
I have received a mail in my letter box on the 060120 stating that I have driven on a bus lane on the 08122019 (Sunday) and I have to pay this infringement fee by the 09012020
Firstly, this is a commercial vehicle used for picking up and dropping off passengers and I was driving in that lane most possibly to pick up a passenger.
Secondly I was driving on Sunday when there was no Buses around.
Thirdly, I have received this in my mail on and it says pay by 09 12 20.
Can you please look into this again?
